Meet the people dedicated to bringing you the very best in training, education, and marketing.
Founder and Owner of Compound Performance. Formally a National Director of Services and Education, Training Director, District Manager, Facility Manager, and Coach based out of NYC.
I've worked with clients in all training environments, from general population to high level athletes at the professional level. From a leadership perspective, I've overseen teams and departments ranging from ten to fifteen hundred, while also being a national education and hiring director.
More importantly, I’m a husband and Father. I’ve been married to my best friend Sarah and we have two boys, Greyson and Hollis, and 12 puppy named Bowser.
I am a powerlifter and strength coach. I've been in the fitness industry since 2012, where I started at a large globo-gym. After moving up to management, I decided that facility management was not for me, and moved back to in person coaching.
I've worked with all sorts of clients from general population to high level powerlifters, and am passionate about building trust and communication with my clients.
I am a dad, trophy husband, and life-long athlete turned strength coach, barbell sport enthusiast, and gym owner. I’ve been coaching/training since 2015, getting started by training my friends after we graduated college, moving onto middle/high school athletes, and before I knew it, I was working full-time with a wide range of client demographics.
I work with athletes... Powerlifters, weightlifters, competitive athletes, and anyone who has a desire to become better.
